This is the dress i made for my GCSE Textiles coursework. I made a surf dress suitable for a female surf team, the dress is cotton that has been dyed and batiked blue. It has hand painted hibiscus flower and bead work around the hem and has a zip at the back. I've made the dress so that it can be worn strapless or you can add halterneck or shoulder straps to it, this evers the wearer great options with the dress. I'm extremely please with this and managed to get 100% for it, getting the only A* grade in my school for Textiles.
